With 16 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Chad has built his career from the ground up, working in all aspects of carpentry and leading crews on a wide range of remodels and new builds. As the owner of his own general contracting business, he specialized in both exterior and interior remodels, earning a reputation for craftsmanship and reliability.

Since joining our company a year ago, Chad has taken on the role of managing operations and driving business development. His deep care for our customers and genuine commitment to supporting our crew make him a critical part of our team. Whether on the job site or behind the scenes, Chad ensures every project reflects the highest standards of quality and service.

Adan
Adan has been immersed in construction since childhood, learning the trade while working alongside his father. With a well-rounded skill set and the confidence to tackle any project, he consistently goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional results. His leadership style combines a strong work ethic with genuine care for both the quality of the job and the well-being of the team.
With his knowledge and expertise in remodel and repairs, Adan has proved to be an invaluable addition to our team.
When he’s not on-site, Adan enjoys spending time outdoors, embracing the same dedication and passion he brings to his work.

Issack is the newest addition to our team, quickly proving himself as a dependable and hardworking asset. Always on time and willing to take on any task, he brings a consistent work ethic and a positive attitude to every job site. With two years of construction experience, Issack is eager to grow his skills and expand his knowledge, showing a strong coachability and dedication to learning.
Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors and exploration, embracing new adventures with the same energy he brings to his work. His reliability and drive point to a bright future in the industry.
Maintenance Technician
Jackie
Jackie has worn many hats in her career—from building a house to working as a window tinting pro—and she brings that same dedication to keeping things running smoothly. She first joined us as nighttime security during construction and now leads our maintenance team with skill and heart.
When she’s not working, Jackie and her partner Kevin love riding their Yamaha YZF R1, Raven. She’s also a proud mom of two grown children and a grandmother—her grandson is her pride and joy.
